Oxidizing emulsion 2% is one of the components of the proprietary eyebrow tinting system — SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM.

Developed to mix with Deep Brow Tint 2.0 and Eyebrow Tint Colour Booster 2.0, oxidizing emulsion 2% ensures optimal tinting results due to its balanced composition and gentle creamy texture.

The prepared tinting mixture has a neutral hydrogen index (pH), which prevents hair damage and skin dehydration during the tinting procedure.
