Directions for use: Degrease the skin with OKIS BROW Eyebrow and Eyelash Shampoo. Mix the cream dye with the developer in a non-metallic container at a 1:1 ratio. Gradually apply the color mixture to your eyebrows and leave it on for 1 to 15 minutes. Then, rinse with OKIS BROW color fixative. Sometimes, the color intensity can be varied from 1 to 15 minutes. A color exposure time of up to 15 minutes allows the stylist to apply the color in perfect lines and a dense layer.
