The same procedure is necessary for those who want to make their eyebrows several tones lighter, preserving the effect for a long time. The special Refectocil Blond Brow lightener is suitable for both professional and home use. It is convenient and easy to use.
How to use:
Thoroughly clean your eyebrows with a makeup remover, and then with a degreaser. Eyebrows should be clean, degreased and dry.
Apply a protective cream for a safer procedure.
Mix the product in the following proportions: 2 cm of paste with 20–25 drops of Oxidant 3% Cream. Mix for at least 2 minutes until the mixture becomes homogeneous and creamy. If the paste is too thick, add a few more drops of oxidant.
Apply the mixture to your eyebrows. The exposure time depends on the desired level of lightening:
5 minutes – 1 tone lighter;
12 minutes – 2 tones lighter;
20 minutes – 3 tones lighter.
After the required time, wash off the paste residue with shampoo or eyebrow cleansing foam.
