How to use:
Mix the oxidizer with the CLEAR TONE cream lightener in a 1:1 ratio to a uniform creamy consistency.
Apply to clean, dry brows and leave as recommended for the chosen lighting level.
At the end of the exposure time, remove excess with a dry or wet cotton pad.
